The Church and Serving Continues -2021
The Church and Serving Continues 2021
We have been blessed with an abundant food supply and the ability to continue our weekly Sunday meal for the jobless and homeless during this pandemic. Our weekly Tuesday Prayer Circle has also continues at 930am followed by a bag lunch.
The Church of the Advocate/ Red Door Ministry has now begun worship with a service at the Trinity Episcopal Church, Aston St Courtyard, 130pm Sundays, with meal served afterwards at 230pm. Observing mandated social distancing and procedures, this service has limited attendance with hand sanitizer and masks supplied at the courtyard gate if you do not have your own. This is a Prayer Service that includes Eucharist and blessing. Attendance within the gate is limited but those wishing to, can stand outside the gate and still receive all the blessings of this service.
We all hope that our ability to have larger gatherings returns, if even partial in the future but the blessings and fellowship that we can do now, will continue.
THERE IS MORE! Meals to go, "The Well" (Nursing and Social Welfare help), Basics-to-Go (Health and hygiene items), Sole Mates (shoes) and personal prayers upon request.
