The Red Door is a place to be in community with others, find acceptance, and create lasting friendships. You will find men, women and children who are living on the margins breaking bread and working alongside those who are well-resourced. There are no judgements. We all have something to share.

The Red Door/Church of the Advocate, has suspended indoor group gathering

and provides a brief 130pm outdoor Sunday service followed at 200pm with meals and "Basics-To-Go" including healthcare, at 21 Aston St Courtyard.  See More:  HERE

GIVING BACK

Since 1997, Church of the Advocate has been serving Asheville’s homeless by nourishing bodies and souls. While we are an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Western North Carolina, participation in our service and programs is open to all. We hope you’ll consider getting involved as a volunteer, congregant and/or donor.
